Breast Augmentation
CASE 1:
Very athletic woman interested in breast augmentation. She chose 250cc silicone gel implants which were placed under the muscle through a peri-areolar incision. She went from an A cup to a full B cup.
CASE 2:
Young woman interested in breast augmentation. She chose 325cc implants which were placed under the muscle through an inframammary fold incision. She went from a B cup to a full C.
CASE 3:
19 year old woman interested in breast enhancement. She chose 375cc saline implants filled to 375cc on the left and 410cc on the right. The implants were placed through the inframammary fold into the submuscular position. She went from an A cup to a full C cup.
CASE 4:
This patient is a 39 year old woman who was interested in breast augmentation. She chose 275cc silicone gel implants that were placed under the muscle through an incision under her breast. She went from an A to a C cup.
CASE 5:
This is a 23 year old woman who was interested in breast augmentation. She had asymmetry between her breasts as well as a deep indentation in her chest (called a pectus excavatum). She chose 350cc silicone gel implants that were placed under the muscle through an incision under her breast. She went from an A cup to a large C.
Breast Reduction
CASE 1:
This patient is a 24 year old woman who was bothered with neck, shoulder and back pain with her large breasts. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction using a technique with no vertical scar. This post op photo was taken one year after surgery.
CASE 2:
26 year old woman interested in a breast reduction. She underwent a reduction using a modified Robertson technique (no vertical scar). The post-op photos are from one year after surgery.
CASE 3:
20 year old woman interested in a breast reduction. She underwent a reduction using a standard Wise pattern (the anchor type incision). The post-op photos were taken one year after her reduction.
Mastopexy
CASE 1:
40 year old woman interested in a breast lift. She underwent a vertical mastopexy. This photo was taken 6 weeks after the procedure.
Mommy Makeover
CASE 1:
35 year old woman interested in breast reduction and tummy tuck. She underwent a traditional Wise pattern breast reduction and a tummy tuck with liposuction. The after photos were taken 8 months post-operatively.
CASE 2:
Young woman who comes in for tummy tuck after having several large babies. She had a full abdominoplasty with muscle tightening. These are early after photos taken only 2 months post-operatively.
CASE 3:
Young woman who desired a better abdominal contour after having several large babies. She had many stretch marks and she understood that those above her belly button could not be removed. This is a very early photo taken 6 weeks after the tummy tuck procedure.
CASE 4:
This patient had lost 60 pounds through diet and exercise. She did not like the hanging excess skin and fat. She desired a better abdominal contour. This after photo was taken one year after her tummy tuck.

This young woman wanted to look and feel her best after having children. She underwent a full abdominoplasty and these after photos were taken 6 months later.

This patient is a thin young woman who had some excess skin after having her children. She underwent a mini-abdominoplasty. The after photo was taken 2 months after the procedure.
Liposuction
CASE 1:
This 38 year old woman wanted an improved contour of her abdomen and flanks. We performed liposuction to the abdomen and flanks and the post-op photos were taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
CASE 2:
This patient is a 41 year old woman who presented for cosmetic improvement of her innner thighs. She had liposuction of her inner thighs and the after photos were taken 6 months after surgery.
